For only $39.99, you can dress like the biggest social media trend of summer or history’s largest wet T-shirt contest as some may call it. You just have to decide whether to wear a suit, clothe, or just go naked in the plastic tubes. Online costume retailer Brands on Sale and BrandsonSale.com offer the costume that features a bucket with “water” made from tulle, an ice cube tray and fake ice cubes.
